We got this for a spare room and guests have said it is very comfortable. It was super easy to get home in my car and bring up to a small second floor bedroom.

I have had a bad bad for years. I bought this bed from her daughter several years ago and slept down at once and had the best night sleep. When I needed a new bed I knew I was gonna buy this one.

This mattress was labeled "Medium- Firm", which is the firmness I was looking for. Not only is it not firm at all, it feels like a soft mattress!! It's as though it got mixed up and thrown in the wrong box... terrible. I'm trying to make it work because I got rid of the packaging and can't take it back, but it's awful to not get a good night's sleep. I gave it one star instead of zero because I appreciated the convenience of being able to transport it without a truck. But I've regretted this purchase every night and morning. Buyer beware!

this mattress is high-quality and extremely comfortable and a great price. I even got up to the register and it was another $75 off as I could not believe it! I have a nectar mattress at home which I absolutely love but the quality of this is very comparable! For a third of the prize. Highly recommend

This bed is amazing! I was skeptical of a bed in the box but the price point was really good so I got it for the guest bedroom. I tried it out and after two night I swapped it out with my traditional mattress in my room. Way more. Comfortable and forgiving than the traditional mattress with a foam cover!

I love this mattress! It is so soft and comfortable. It came in a box and I was able to keep it in the box until I was ready to put it in place. Getting it out of the box and unsealed took a little bit of work doing it by myself, but with two people it shouldn’t be an issue.

I recently purchased a mattress from the Thornton, Colorado Sam’s Club using the Scan & Go feature, and my experience has been very disappointing. When I received the mattress, I realized it appeared to have been used. As someone with a disability, I cannot physically return the item due to its weight, so I contacted customer service for assistance. Despite explaining my situation, my case was closed without resolution, and I have yet to receive a refund or replacement. This has left me frustrated and feeling undervalued as a loyal member. The mattress itself is not what I expected in terms of quality. It did not feel new and had visible signs of prior use. I hope Sam’s Club improves its quality control and customer service to better support members like me in the future.

The 12 inch twin mattress that I purchased at Sam's Clubis false advertisement the box said it was a 12 inch mattress and it is not it's 10 1/2 very disappointed. I am 65 and a widow. I cannot afford to hire someone and rent a truck to return it so I'm stuck with it. Mattresses in the spare room and I have one it says got it for 10 days and it's still not inches 10 1/2.

I bought this mattress for my second bedroom. The head and foot have a dip! The mattress never fully filled out. It’s been several weeks, and this mattress is such a disappointment. I bought the same mattress in a king size, and it is wonderful. I don’t have any way to return since it’s been opened. I don’t even know what to do

Very Comfortable! I was a skeptical because it came in a "box" but this mattress is truly a great purchase! I ordered the firm king and it is just right! It has the right amount of firmness/softness (if you wlil). I am really enjoying it and so is my husband - who is very hard to please when it comes to mattresses! Thanks Sam's for a great affordable mattress!
