Advertised as medium firm. What we received was ultra soft and after two nights I put the original mattress back on.

This bed is ridiculously soft-Not considered medium at all-Horrible bed I will probably be returning it

AMAZING!!! I honestly couldn't be happier with this mattress. Feels just like a high end mattress totally surpassed our expectations.

Very comfortable, not able to feel any movement when my husband moves or gets up. I haven’t slept this good in a long time.

Much softer than advertised but we wanted soft, so all good. Not medium or firm. No problems otherwise.

1st time with a box mattress, did not know what to expect, 12" makes for a little taller bed. Had to get used to it. I think I like it.

This is the best mattress I've owned. I have arthritis and with this mattress I don't have the usual back and hip joint pain during the night.

This was purchased for my 21 year-old nephew and he loves it. He no longer wakes up sore and actually sleeps through the night.

Good mattress but a little to soft for us but I can say I have slept better on this mattress than my pillow top
