2nd purchase, and I am 100% satisfied. I just learned I do not have to pay $3k for a quality mattress. The twin xl medium does have a cooling effect and a medium firm as well as a cushion feel.

It did not inflate fully. It inflated to 10 inches only. I've tried for days. I think it is advertised inaccurately and should clearly state it's only 10 inches high. I think I'll take it back. Side sitting not very sturdy.

Very comfortable bed to sleep on. After the second night I realized it was softer than I needed my bed to be. Other than that its a great buy. If you need something right away like I did. Furniture stores are on back order.

For the price you cant really complain but, super firm mattress not comfortable feel every single movement of partner. Sleeps HOT and is giving us both shoulder, hip and back pain.

Easy to set up, compared to other mattress where you have to haul a huge mattress into the bedroom, this comes in a easy to move box. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its unboxes like any of the others. Carefully cut plastic and unroll bed. Then cut second set if plastic and watch the magic that is a 1" bed grow into a 12" mattress. Remember those grow a dinosaur by adding water pills as a kid? It's kinda like that without adding water. I did not experience an odor with any of these in the slightest, even when first opening. Okay so this is the best bed I have ever slept on. Slightly firm but I like that. This mattress is great quality and inflated fully within 30 minutes. It moved around tight corners nicely also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is pretty hefty. It weighs about 90 pounds. It took two people to end over end it up the stairs. Once you get it out of the box don't unroll it from the outer plastic until you have it in place where you want it to go. Once I had it on top of my queen box springs which was on top of a platform i started to unroll the outer plastic. I could here it already hissing a little, so that meant it was starting to expand. It stated on the handbook that it would take 24 to 48 hours to fully inflate. It had fully inflated less than 24 hours to me. I would use a box springs or platform not both. I am using both and it is so high. Since the mattress is 12 inches, the box spring is almost that and the platform is about 1 and a half to 2 feet of the ground. The puts the mattress at my stomach and i'm 5'4. The Member's mark Hotel premier collection mattress is really comfortable. It forms to my body in about 5 mins of laying on it. If i turn over it re forms to my body. I really enjoy the cooling effects on my body from the mattress. I am a hot natured person and this bed kept me cool all night. It feels like you are sleeping on clouds. I would love to try this out in a king size bed as well. I really slept well on this mattress.

It's so comfortable and it keeps me cool at night. No more kicking the covers off of me! I am getting a great night's rest. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the best memory foam mattresses we’ve had by far. My husband has a bad back and was very pleased with his restful sleep. This isn’t a firm mattress but it’s not soft either. We’ve had this for a few weeks now and there is no indenting on either side, not even because we have the bad habit of sitting on the edge. Highly recommended!
