We have bought two of these twin size beds. The first one was medium softness for my college-aged daughter. She loves the bed. The edges were a little too soft when sitting on the side of the bed, but super comfortable for sleeping. When my daughter moved out, we bought the same mattress in firm. I was worried the firm would be too hard, but it's perfect for me. So comfortable. You really can't beat the quality and comfort of these beds.

I bought this full size 12 inch high Membermark firm mattress from Sam's Club less than 2 years ago with an adjustable membermark base. I turned the mattress in all 4 positions but it lost its firmness and uncomfortable in flat position. I weigh 230 pounds. It has a 10 year warranty, but no idea how to act on it and with who.

Best value out there. Super comfortable, well made and hundreds less then the comparable Competition. Arrived at my house in just a few days. Talk about convenient! Just buy it! It is on the softer side, but still offers support, which is just how I like it. I need to buy another one and I am tempted to try the hotel premier hybrid one for a little more.

I'm about 210 lbs., and unfortunately this mattress was far too soft for me. I sank deeply into it, almost like lying on a bag full of pillows, and it provided little support or the much-needed spinal alignment, actually giving me a sore back. Based on my experience, I would only recommend it for a much lighter person, perhaps under 150 lbs. If you are heavier or have back problems, I would strongly consider a more supportive hybrid mattress instead. The return process was also much more difficult than it should have been. Because getting the mattress folded back up and secured, down three stories, into my car, and to the Conroe Sam's Club was a major undertaking, I specifically called the Conroe location on September 2, 2026, at 10:55 a.m. (two days before my return date) to confirm exactly what was required for the return. I was told that I only needed to bring the mattress, the box and wrapping it came with, and my receipt. I had actually seen information online suggesting that the mattress might need to be completely wrapped in plastic, which is precisely why I called ahead to verify. However, the employee I spoke with specifically confirmed that, for their location, the mattress did not need to be sealed in plastic and that I could simply bring it back with the original box, the original wrapping in the box but not wrapped around the mattress, and my receipt. I work as an insurance adjuster, so paying close attention to details and exactly what is said is a routine part of my job, and I specifically recall the instructions I was given. However, despite what I had been previously told, when I arrived at the store, I was told that the mattress had to be fully sealed in plastic and taped and that I might have to take it all the way back home. After speaking with four employees and repeatedly explaining that I had followed the instructions their own employee gave me over the phone, a manager finally arranged for someone to come outside and wrap it so the return could be completed. Ironically, the male employee who came outside to handle it said the mattress was fine as it was. I ultimately received my refund, but only after a frustrating ordeal that could have been avoided had I been given the correct information from the start when I called. Back to the mattress itself, I would strongly recommend researching whether this type of all-foam mattress is appropriate for your weight and support needs, as well as confirming the return requirements before purchasing.

Bought this for my 2 years old. Toddlers need medium firm for their spine development. I waited 3 days to fully expand but It was still soft. It is softer than soft mattress. I am 240 lbs and when I sit side of the mattress I drowned all the way down to box spring. It is still okay for my 2 years old because she is only 35 lb but If we want to sit on it for putting her to sleep It is really annoying. So I returned and got the one with springs. My 3 stars goes to Sam's club customer service.

this mattress is high-quality and extremely comfortable and a great price. I even got up to the register and it was another $75 off as I could not believe it! I have a nectar mattress at home which I absolutely love but the quality of this is very comparable! For a third of the prize. Highly recommend

I really had to do my research to know the different types of mattresses and which one would work for my wife and I. Shopped at mattress stores to get advice and try out comfort. We settled on a foam firm type, and I ordered one sight unseen from Sams Club. It turrned out to be a great purchase, exactly as we researched foam medium firm mattresses.

I'm very happy with this medium-firm memory foam mattress. The plush top layer provides excellent pressure relief, and I find it supportive and comfortable for both sleeping and lying down. It took 48 hours for the mattress to fully expand according to the manufacturer's instructions, and it feels supportive and even throughout. While there was a slight initial odor, it dissipated within a day. Overall, this mattress has exceeded my expectations and provides a cloud-like feeling of comfort.

I have always preferred a softer bed, pillow top was my go-to for years! This mattress is WAY TOO soft!! It gives zero support! My husband and I both woke up in pain every night we slept on this mattress. We had to return it because we just could not deal with the pain from it!! Even if you like a really soft bed, I would seriously consider a different mattress than this one!!

We have had this mattress in a queen size at our camp for the past few years. For our home we had so called very good mattresses ( at least by cost- lol ) that after awhile just didn't cut it. For the cost we bought these for our home. So far great. I expect these to be just as great as our camp set. It is next to impossible to judge a matress in the short term. Knowing the comfort of these matresses and the cost it was a no brainer.
