I ordered a full size mattress. The mattress I received is a full 3 1/2 inches wider than either of my full size beds and much smaller that my queen bed. Being to wide causes the mattress to collapse along the edge.

I love my new mattress. It is a little softer than what I would like for a firm bed. That is why I gave it a four but overall, everything is great with it.

Great mattress! Bought two of these for my children’s twin beds. They work great. The kids are very comfortable. By kids, I mean a 17 year old boy and a 19 year old girl.

This was not as firm as I suspected. I put this mattress on a good firm box spring. The sides of this mattress feel kind of weak but the middle is very comfortable. It did not have sides handles which woul have made it easier to move.

Sturdy queen size bedframe; very economical since there is no need for box springs. The mattress is very supportive, soft, and such a dream to sleep on. Mattress has a 25 guarantee and priced very low.

This bed says that it is medium firm. Definitely not! It is more like medium extra soft. It is an okay bed, but it is not good for someone with back problems. It is not firm enough.

I would not say this is a Medium Firm mattress, this was very soft, too soft, we had to return it. On a positive side, the return process was fairly easy and they were extremely helpful.

Amazing how these things expand once opened. Softer mattress for my liking and contours to your body. We use them for guests and the grandchildren love them.

If you don't have the pickup application for your phone, you have to search for a number to call at pickup. If not busy, you will get a good response.

“medium” feels like it’s an ultra plus we were both sinking way down into it, offers NO SUPPORT being a side sleeper. Hate the way this feels. With it was a real medium like costcos nova form mattress
