Buyers beware! This mattress is comfortable in the center, however mine never formed on the sides. We waited 52 hours to get on it but it never took. Since then I've been trying to get a refund or a replacement on it but sam's refuses to take care of it. They keep saying they need to pick it up before they will issue me a refund but THEY WON'T PICK IT UP. I keep calling over and over and over again to get it scheduled but they keep telling me i have to wait to be contacted. Sam's club online customer service is by far THE WORST customer service i have ever dealt with. For everyday purchases, Sams is great. But if you're looking to make a large purchase with a "warranty" i strongly suggest you buy elsewhere. Sams does not stand behind their product and they make it outrageously difficult to get help.

Purchased this bed in full size for my daughters room and was so pleased I replaced my queen size bed as well. It is plush to the touch but definitely more on the firm side. The bed looks amazing and expensive. Very impressed with what members mark has to offer with this bed. I ordered online and they brought it out curbside and loaded it in my truck. The box has wheels for easier moving. Unloading was easy and it didn't give off any toxic foam smells that sometimes beds in a box do.

I bought this bed for my daughter and so far she is loving it. The box that it came in was nice and compact. Once I opened the box and took out the mattress I laid it out and it started to rise immediately. When reading reviews, some people were saying that the mattress never reached the fullness that was stated for the mattress so I was a little concerned, but the mattress did expand and is very comfortable and the price was great!!!

King mattress purchased via pickup at local Sam's Club. First the box weight is about 80 pounds. The Sam's associate brought it out on a flat cart and didn't even attempt to load it in my truck. Never offered to help even as I stuggled to lift in the back of my truck. Got the mattress home and removed from box. Removed the plastic. I let it expand for 72 hours. It seem the cover is bigger than foam. When we put it on the bed the cover bunched up and was very loose.

Pros: very cooling, very comfortable. a medium feels more like a plush so that was a nice surprise. good proce point. Cons: only lasts about 1.5 years before body impressions are so deep it kills your back. and this eas rotating the mattress religiously every other month. but for 499 it was worth trying to see how it worked. would probably be auited best for a guest room where it wouldnt get everyday use.

I guess our gust bed mattress was not exactly up to par. Ooops. Our daughter researched all the online foam mattresses and thought that this Member's Mark was the best quality for the right price. Set up was a snap. Really! After her first night on it, she described it as "amazing" . "Lifechanging" . She was not happy to report that it was better than her $2000 mattress at home. So, highly recommended!

We had this mattress less than 2 months and the foam warped and bulged and is sticking up inside the mattress. We are disappointed not only because we spent over $400 and the mattress lasted less than 2 months, but it would be entirely too difficult to return as it comes vacuum-packed in a bag/box and is quite heavy. Attaching pictures, although I'm not sure if you'll be able to see the warping. Buyer beware--this is a cheap item.

We bought this mattress maybe a year ago to replace a 15 year old mattress. At first we loved it but it quickly went down hill from there. We let it set up for a full 48 hours to lay on it and the first month was nice. Then to my surprise the middle started sagging and BAD. After numerous spins over the last few months this mattress is almost unusable as the center sinks so bad that my fiancé and myself wake up basically on top of eachother every single morning and with worsening back pain each day. Absolutely do not suggest this mattress and am currently looking into their “10 year warranty” they advertise

This mattress is really nice! I love how easy set up was. It is comfortable I would say it is soft but firm. The only negative for us was the smell it has a strong chemical smell out of the box that has been hard to get rid of. But we left the window open so it can air out. As far as price & quality this has been a great purchase for us.

I was very disappointed. This bed was warm and worse way too soft. It was so soft the sheets were constantly popping off. After calling Members Mark and trying it for almost two months this bed had to go back to the store. Check out the new Casper line… Im MUCH happier.
