The description says Medium Firm, however this is the softest mattress that I have ever slept on. Not comfortable at all for me. How do I return it?

The best matress I ever have. Bought it for my toddler she loves it so much. Definitely buy another.

Horrible mattress unless you like to sink into a mattress pit. Buying a mattress in a box (without trying it out first) was a terrible idea.

I've had other memory foam mattresses through the years that cost more. This by far, more comfortable, and cooler. And since mattresses don't last anymore, the price is right.

I bought this for my 23 year old (twin size). They have been having the best sleep since they started sleeping on it! Financially and logistically this purchase made sense and we are so happy with it!

Got for my guest bedroom. Only half fluffed up about 8 inches. Very soft, more like a topper than a mattress. Unfortunately I’m stuck with it because I have no way to return it. Total waste of money.

Bought the 12 inch full size. It's too soft for me, my back pain got worst! Don't like it all! But I am stuck with it can't return it, I don't have a truck to carry it.

I have had this mattress for a year and love it. It is so comfortable and cozy. It does fall short on height so the fitted sheets dont fit but I solved that problem with cheap fitted sheet bungie clips that holds the sheet in place. Soft, and comfy.

The medium is so comfortable! My parents, who are in their 70's come and stay and my mom says it's nice because her back doesn't hurt at all when she sleeps on it. She's going to get one for her house.
