[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This is my first time with a mattress coiled in a box! To be honest I had not researched this. But there are so many pluses to this mattress!!!! Right off the bat, SO easy to just set aside (I was also able to move it around myself) as I waited for a mattress base. This came amazingly compressed and sealed very well inside a vacuum sealed plastic wrap. Just take extra care unwrapping, again...amazingly it starts to fluff up/come to life. I did wait for a cpl hours for it to fully inflate, and wow! I am absolutely amazed. Amazed at level of firmness, w/o any sinking at all. I found it firm, yet soft and very breathable. I have NOT noticed any of my husbands tossing and turning, either. Awesome! Best of all...it has remained cool!!! My temperature rises so much at night and with this mattress it is SO MUCH BETTER. I live in a hotter state, and wake up several times @ nite due to overheating. I cannot stress enough how much I love this cooling feature. For comfort, for coolness, for an excellent and undisturbed sleep I can't recommend this mattress enough. Great quality. Bravo!

It helps cool us off at night while asleep. I do not wake up with night sweat anymore from being overheated. I love how comfortable it is for me. I can now sleep all the way through the night! I love this mattress. I recommend this mattress and give it a stamp of approve.

I bought this on sale in the store for the ease of getting it home. I had no issues with it inflating (I gave it 3 days), no chemical smell & no issues with saggy or bunched fabric as all mentioned in other bad reviews, so I feel lucky. I hated it for the 1st week & slept like crap, BUT now 3 weeks later I’ve adjusted & sleep great. It is more soft/medium then firm & squish’s down when you sit on the side. All in all a nice mattress for the price. Side not, I’m 140# and my husband is 225# he liked it from day one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First thing I want to say is that this mattress is really very heavy. It weighs 90 lbs. So if you are not that strong, you might need some extra hands to set this up. I had to wait for my husband to bring this to the second floor in the guest room. It was folded and compressed and secured with a big plastic wrap. Once you remove the plastic wrap the mattress will expand. Per instructions, it will take up to 48 hours to fully expand and we did just like that. Initially, we set it up in iur guestroom. However, I want to try it for myself. So we removed our okd mattress in our bedroom and replace it with this one. We had a 10-inch mattress and this one is a 12-inch. I like that it gives our bed more height. I an so in love with the cool-to-touch quilted cover on the top. It feels very luxurious! Also the cover has zipper and it’s removeable and washable. I must say, we had the most comfortable sleep ever! I didn’t wake up feeling sore. We had a good sleep. My husband liked it too so we decided to use it ourselves instead of putting in the guest room. The only thing I don’t like is the smell which I am hoping should die down after several days. Other than that, I am really pleased with this mattress and I highly recommend.

This one was very supple and extremely comfortable. I've only owned it for about 2 weeks, but so far so good. I'm extremely happy & would definitely recommend to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this bed for my son. He went from a twin to the Hotel Premier Collection Members Mark 12-inch Mattress and he loves it!! I slept on it one night and it was so cool and comfy. I was a little skeptical and thought I would sink into the bed to much but I didnt what so ever! Im going to look into buying myself one! I loved that my body didnt get hot and uncomfortable while sleeping! The mattress was easy to set up, pulled it out of the plastic and let it rise, so neat!!

She is growing and not only needed to move from a full size but also to a more supportive mattress that will last years. The Member's Mark brand is already a brand my family trusts and I was excited to gear about this new mattress! The mattress arrived quickly and was compacted in a box. It was quite heavy- 90 pounds actually! Opening the box was the toughest thing to do! This works best with two people- one to pull the mattress out and one to stabilize the large box. Once out of the box, you have to unravel several layers of plastic wrap. The mattress immediately began to expand. I placed it in my daughter's room- on top of her bunkie board bed frame and watched it open up to a 12" deep mattress! Wow! I left it alone for 48 hours as suggested in my box- but I believe it would have been completely expanded within a few hours. This mattress is dreamy- soft and durable material. This is a foam mattress, so your body feels cradled when you lay down but the support is very impressive. My daughter actually slept in the first night- something she never does- and said she felt amazing. After a few days of her bragging about this, I actually took a nap on this mattress and I'm totally jealous. This seriously feels like a soft cloud, but after sleeping you can feel that it is equally supportive. This is an amazing mattress from start to finish. You can easily set this up yourself. The quality is simply the best I have ever seen! I'm completely self on this and can't wait to get another for my son's room next! I see this lasting quite some time and this will be the last mattress I will ever get for my teenager!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my new mattress for two weeks. This mattress is really nice . It comes in a box and inflates within minutes of taking it out of the box. The style is very nice. I really like how it has a cooling mattress cover around the whole mattress . This mattress is not firm it’s the perfect memory foam mattress. It’s soft and really has helped me get an amazing full nights sleep since I started using it. My back and neck hurt much less than before having this mattress. This brand is really great! I can tell it’s durable and will be used a very long time. I’ve slept on a few mattresses this one is the best .

This mattress is great though, soft but supportive. Love that it's not too deep, I can actually use all my sheets. Really recommend this mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so happy with my mattress.first it comes in a box for easy transport.opening the box and plastic wrap,it expands pretty fast.I could sleep on it 6 hrs. later.I have insomnia so sleeps always been an issue.I get in the bed and sleep all night with no tossing and turning.I stay nice and cool all night.I cannot feel the hubby or dog moving around.its 12 inch thickness gives the best sleep in my life.truly will never buy any other brand of mattress.very well constructed and built for long lasting use.
