They are 1) Weekly basic care: After cleaning and drying, apply a thin layer of cooking oil to the pan’s interior with a paper towel. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then wipe off excess oil. 2) Monthly deep seasoning: Thoroughly clean and dry the pan. Preheat over low heat for 1 minute, then turn off the heat. When the pan is warm at around 50℃, coat the entire interior with oil. Let it sit for 2-4 hours, then wipe away excess oil. Enhance non-stick performance through proper daily use, gentle cleaning and regular maintenance to protect the ceramic coating while forming a stable oil film.
