Does Not Work with Induction.

I recently upgraded my appliances to GE Cafe with an induction stovetop. I've had these pans for 3-4 months and have already loss it's non-stick. Coating is still there but eggs are sticking. Now with the new stovetop I can't even use them. Misleading advertising

We are sorry to hear about your experience. Here are some tips for you to maintain the superior nonstick performance. Always cook in LOW TO MEDIUM HEAT. HAND WASHING RECOMMENDED though DISHWASHER SAFE. Always cool down to room temperature before hand washing. The use of high heat and a sudden temperature change, thermal shock, can cause metal fatigue, warping, deformation, nonstick deterioration, chipping, discoloration. Never use hard objects on the nonstick surface. However, a deep cleaning of the non-stick surface can help restore performance. This may include soaking overnight in hot, soapy water and then thoroughly washing the surface the next morning. invest in better

Ordered the black pans and was super excited they were beautiful. After a few washes they completely faded to medium/dark blue. I was offered either 10% of my price back or to exchange for the same color (which obviously would have the same issue) or return completely. Not impressed with costumer service and will no longer purchase more pricey things

Nothing good beyond the looks

This set is gorgeous. However that’s it. The handles are HOT near the pot, they are super heavy and you need a good grip, I tried picking up my frying pan and grabbed the handle but realized I have to either hold it near the tip or put a glove on. Then I used the pot with the strainer and went to lift that pot top and it was burning hot! I shouldn’t have to wear a glove to take a top off a pot. My Rachael Ray set is going back in the cabinets and this is going back to the store. The last straw was how it cooks. A simple egg over easy that I make every weekend as a treat for my elderly father was overcooked. First I had it on low-medium as the instructions tell you this is the best temp, it was taking forever to even look like it was going to heat up. I raised it up a little and next thing I knew they were smooshed messes!

Love the Terracotta!

Just received my Terracotta set and they're better than I expected. They are a bit lighter in color than you might expect of typical terracotta, but they remind me of the beautiful colors of southern Arizona, especially Sedona. I haven't used them yet so I cannot speak to their durability, but I've seasoned them as the instructions indicate, and I'm looking forward to using them.

Disappointed

I ordered the black set but when it arrived the set was gray. Doesn’t match anything in my kitchen. The website stills says they are available in black to ship but customer service said they could only offer a refund so I will probably keep them as I need new pans. I will never buy anything from Sam’s club ever again. This was such a wast of money and their customer service was slow and not helpful. Do NOT order!

Just got mine today--

The first pot I unpacked had been damaged, and not just a small one either. I'm returning them, and not replacing. That box is heavy. I could hardly get it in the house, and have to have someone help me take it back. Just way too much trouble for something that took forever for me to order. I couldn't deal with another defective one.

inaccurate color description- Terra cotta

Ordered these on drop day and couldn’t wait to get them. Day after ordering I felt hesitation in color choice but waited to receive them before making a final decision. The Terra cotta color originally ordered is definitely not accurate. The color is more of a peach color with pink tones. Returned and hoping to score green at next restock.

not worth the hype or wait

So I have patiently waited checking everyday for the cream to come back in stock (since it sold out in hours of launch). I finally gave up bought the gray. The color is not as shown on line. It is a very dark gray not light. I own the other brand that everyone covets and though the Sams is a nice dupe the color is not as pretty.
