This is a very versatile product to feed several people. Made some of the best Salmon cakes. Can easily get 4 large (3-inch) cakes from each can.

Fish is High quality and very tasty

Just lookup the nutrition of canned salmon and you will agree that it's the healthiest meat protein available. I'm turning to Salmon to supply everything that's missing in my diet and possibly reverse years of bad eating habits. It's only been a week and I can already tell the difference that a diet packed full of omega-3 fatty acids does. Helps my arthritis through anti-inflammatory properties. Calms my digestive issues. The potassium helps lower my blood pressure and has a soothing effect. Everything in that can is edible. Just break up the soften bones with the fork. I like salmon alfredo and casseroles with it.

Absolutely the BEST canned salmon. SO SO flavorful. Drain it. Dump it in a bowl. Add halved black olives, chopped celery, mayo and mix. Add cooked pasta - like small shells or wagon wheels or elbows or anything fun - for a high-protein, delicious pasta salad!

Wasn’t sure of the quality but gave it a chance. Too much to clean and skin. Not as good for dips.

I purchased Rubinstein's Fancy Wild Alaska Pink Salmon 14.75 oz., 4 pk. I opened the 1st can and the salmon was all gray. It smelled so bad, I nearly vomited. There were so many bones and round vertebrae from the spine. The skin is still on the salmon as well. This 1st can was fed to a raccoon. I opened another can and it was slightly gray, but not as bad as the previous can. There were still many bones, skin and the spine vertebrae in this can. This can was fed to the raccoon as well. The last 2 cans were not as gray, but still had all the bones, skin and round vertebrae pieces. It was thoroughly disgusting! The raccoon loved it! I can't believe this company is still in business, selling such a low grade product! I purchased the Members Mark brand of canned salmon. The cans are smaller, but the quality of salmon was much better! The salmon is pink, there are no bones, no skin and no disgusting vertebrae bits! I hope no one else has to go through the same experience I went through!
