I am rating Zephyrhills water a 4. The water is actual a 5 star but the packaging is 1 star. I am a woman in my 70s and I can still lift the cases, but the plastic holding the waters, where you would pick it up, makes it impossible to lift at all and breaks immediately as it is very weak. I have walked over to the pallets on numerous occasions and there are broken cases of water all over the place from customers trying to lift the case. Also Sam's stacks them on the pallets making it impossible to reach after the front cases are sold and there is no worker there to help. I believe if you can make the plastic where you pickup the cases stronger, there would be less breakage. Sam's needs to step up when the cases on the pallets are running low and bring the cases in the back to the front for the customers. Sorry, but I have been purchasing Zephyrhills' waters for years and am very disappointed in the packaging that I dread going to Sam's to get it.

This was my second order of 11 cases of this water "can't beat the price".

It's okay, northeast has better taste.

The bottles are flimsy.

Love the water and love the price. Only wish the bottles were not so thin that they drip over the top when opening.

Plastic is thin, caps are so tight and the bottles are so full that when you grip the bottle to take the cap off it elevates the water and so when the cap comes loose it spills all over. It happens to everyone we have it too, so it’s not just me

We are on a community water system and none of will drink it due to the heavy "chlorine" smell, so I buy Zephyrhills water. I not only buy the individuals bottles, I also buy it by the case which contains six one gallon jugs. My husband packs in the work cooler he keeps on the truck for the guys, it is the only water my son will drink so I always have it in our home. I love it as well!

Zephyrhills Spring Water has been around for year's! I trust this brand in purity! I hope Sam's Club keeps the 16.9 oz bottles in stock forever, because that's the size I drink to keep track of the amount of water I drink 3 time's a day that I take with My meds and natural Supplements. I have a history of Congestive Heart Failure and I have to watch how much fluids I drink everyday. I can't have more than 60-64 oz of fluids a day and with my 1 glass of tea and coffee a day to, this is all I can have in one day.

Sam's Club club pickup allows me to pickup 4 cases of this great tasting water, already in the cart. That usually lasts at least a week. I like the sound of crushing the empty bottle. That sound always excites everyone that's near me. Plus the bottles are recyclable.
