Have used this 3 times since we received and cooks perfect stews and soups will braise a pot roast this weekend.

Got my purple enamel cast iron pot a t Christmas. Cooked m ty first meal Seafood gumbo. It was so good and the pot was easy to adjust too.,

I am now a true believer in cast iron. I will never cook soups and stews in anything else. Outstanding results!!!

This is a great soup pot. It's easy to clean. I haven't used it for braising yet but I think it will be good.

This Dutch oven is beautiful. My only complaint is that in the image it was a matte finish. And the one I got is shiny. So I am bummed about that.
