I purchased this beautiful Dutch oven 6 months ago and have used it many times. I love the way it cooks...nothing sticks! Sadly, the paint is chipping off the handle already. A good quality enamel coating should last longer than that. I will not purchase this brand again.

I bought this 2 weeks ago and as instructed first washed it by hand with a light detergent and completely dried it then I put a light amount of cooking oil on the exposed cast iron on lid and pot and baked it as instructed. A small amount of oil ran onto the enamel part of pot and lid and baked on. It took over an hour of scrubbing to remove the baked in oil. I have yet to use this pot for cooking but am concerned about how it with hold up based on my experiences so far. Because of this I can not recommend at this time.

I have 3 of these cast iron Dutch oven pots and love them. I purchased them several years ago and still in perfect shape, not a problem in any sense. I have the red, white and yellow ones. They make food come out right. If cared for properly they should last for many more years. Thank you

Go to dutch oven! Bake chicken dishes weekly. Cleans up well too. Quality cookware!

The color is not quite as nice as in the pictures, but it is a very nice Dutch Oven.
