I normally don’t write reviews, however people need to know about these beans. I usually buy on average 10 bags a week during our season. The last 2 weekends in September when we cooked these beans, we had a problem. The beans looked beautiful and green in the bag but once they were being cooked, they began to turn colors. Some beans we actually had to throw away and a lot of the others we had to cut pieces off just to make them look acceptable.

Green beans were hard after cooking them, so I threw them out.

After defrost it tastes bad

I ordered a delivery and they gave me a bag that was going to expire in 2 days.

Unless you slow cook in lots of seasonings and butter these don't taste quite right. Allen's cannned or Del Monte canned are better.

Entire bag was fresh and clean. No spoiled ones. I steamed these. They were great! Definitely will buy again. Very pleased.
