Cooked day of delivery; freshness quality poor!

I trimmed and cooked beans the day I got them (4 days before use-by-date.) Beans had brown marks all over them, rotten spots, and lots of mushy cut ends. Freshness quality of Sam’s Club vegetables has gone from a scale of 10 down to 2 since all the tariffs were put in place. This should be looked into, as I place orders twice a week and have experience with the issue.
