We previously had a mattress that came in a box and felt like you were sleeping on an air mattress. This mattress is so solid and feels very well made. I will say, the firmness is a bit too much, so we did end up buying a topper for it, but overall we love it. I definitely notice less back/neck pain than what I experienced on our old mattress.

My previous mattress was medium firmness and became lumpy so fast that I haven’t slept well in months. I jumped up to the extra-firm, as the hubby and I are both back/front sleepers, and it has worked out perfectly. I was at first apprehensive due to the “extra” firmness but it has made me a believer. I finally am sleeping well. I appreciate the heft and quality of this mattress. The quilting on the top and sides says quality and it looks like pilling won’t be a problem. There’s handles to adjust when needed and I absolutely love that the fabric is black. No more funky spots if a kid crawls in bed and has an accident (and they’d better not!)
