I'm happy with my purchase. I give hoses quite a workout in my big yard! It should last for several years like it did before.

Lightweight, very flexible and so fun to ride on a tubular rack. This hose shortens a lot when you turn off the water and even if it is cold (because of the water), it remains very soft.

Originally was going to get the 25ft version but due to many complaining of "bursting" decided to go with a longer hose.  So far it works great. Lightweight and as the directions state I turn off the water and drain what's left in the hose.

This hose was Wonderful for the first two weeks, then in the middle of the hose it started leaking, more of a perfect mister... I returned it to Sams club and am ordering another one hoping that I have better luck. One thing to note, the description says 100 feet but box says 75 feet... I really like the hose I hope the second one holds up better. Note, this happened in the summer, it DID NOT FREEZE.

Hose leaked after 2 weeks

Supposed to be a heavy duty hose, but it sprung a leak 6 months after I got it, with normal usage. Would not buy again.

Love this. I did think it would go a little smaller when retracting. love how lightweight and easy to handle it is.

Hose worked great for 1 year and then sprung a leak.

Doesn't last

Purchased 3 of these and received them on 7/14/23.  This one was used only 5 times before it burst (pls see picture) and for only 1 hour each time to water the front plants.  This sat in a bed with rubber mulch, the water was turned off each time and the water was drained after each use.  I don't write reviews but wanted to let you know in case you are thinking about purchasing this.

Broke after 5 uses

Great hose as long as you use it with care. Care being, if the water is on then you need to be spraying it or have it set on mist so the water and water pressure constantly have a release, a way for the pressure to escape and not build up in the hose. I had other brands and two of them burst, they both only burst when I was washing car and had water on from house wall, but not spraying it out for a few minutes. The pressure built up because the water was held in the hose and it burst. But I learned to put the hose nozzle on "mist" and tighten the nozzle screw so there was a constant mist of water coming out while I scrubbed the car and wasn't spraying. As long as the hose let water out and let it escape out constantly, that kept the pressure in the hose from overwhelming it and bursting. That's the only way these hoses will last.
