It This item taste is obscured by sugar. It’s so sweet that you can’t taste the fruit. You can taste the yogurt but immediately, you will taste sugar.

These are so easy as a grab-and-go. My 3yo wants them all the time and would have them every morning, every day after school, and with every meal if she could. I like them too! They're sweet, but not too much. Obviously, don't leave them in your hot car (like I did). Yogurt melts! PS-Okay to keep out of the refrigerator.
