My husband specifically bought this for a trip, and the zipper broke on him the very first time he used it.

They held up for their first plane trip. I like the separate compartment for easier packing. They rolled nicely.

Four cruises and one flight not a dent or crack was opened twice by TSA no problem. Wheels are smooth and easy roll.

I took the smaller bag on one trip so far. Wheels spin and roll great. Handle extends tall enough for tall people too!

Purchased the single carryon and was impressed that I returned it before my trip so we could have the two pieces. What a great price, and did have a compliment or two. So far, two trips down and everything looks great and reacts perfectly fine.

I actually had these for 2years. Very sturdy and they are still working well, like new. My husband loves the design and the ease of rolling is very good. He uses the product for business trip every time.

I never set the combination lock. I arrived at airport with the same code 000 and I guess with them throwing the bags around someone moved the code and my bags locked up. When I got home to open my bags with the 000 it wouldn’t open. I had to cut the bag open because I had medicine in my bag. No one to contact to help and that wasn’t good.

Seems sturdy enough. Smaller piece is definitely easy carry on. Unfortunately, the linings of the carry on were put on backwards with the zippers facing the inside and the zippers have no zipper pulls. Too awkward to use but not necessarily a dealbreaker.
