These were disappointing. The dried fruit is too sweet, the ginger is really just sugar pieces flavored with ginger. The nuts and seeds are good. Overall a waste of money for nuts with a little probiotics on it (I think)

I read the reviews before buying these and thought how bad could they be. Well, I just did not like these. I'm sure they are good for you but they just tasted like nothing to me. I guess if you like bird seed then maybe they are for you. I just want something with a bit more flavor than these offered. Returned them.

I put them in my desk drawer. When I'm feeling hungry I just grab one.
