These are ok. They all taste the same but one is mega and one is regular. Do not see the benefit of these but they taste alright.

I love these small packages of nuts, seeds and dried fruit, and eat one every day. They have help me not to crave sweets.

I buy these for my boyfriend who’s a type 2 diabetic. The carbs are relatively low and the protein and fiber are good when his glucose level drops.

I prefer some of the different mixes but I guess this one is surpose to be healthy so it is worth a try

It’s an ok mix. It could use more salt. I like the dried ginger pieces and there is a good amount of dried fruit.
