Both packs inside of this have a wonderful variety. Ther is even some crystalized ginger in one of them to give a nice kick to. Great to grab on the go, even my toddler loves them.

Some nuts and seeds tasted old, rancid; mostly the seeds, Pepitas. The expiration date was not over, but each bag had a bad taste. This is the first time this has happened for me.

I typically like this type of snack, but it has to taste good! This definitely tastes great and I recommend it to anyone who likes a nut and fruit cocktail!

These are okay and I have no idea if the "probiotic" properties do anything. I eat them when I need a little something to tide me over until meal time.

One of the rare affordable healthy snacks on the market. I wish there were more options like this that are individually wrapped. I stock the break room at work and it can be a challenge to find healthy options.

I just love love love these!! They're great for mid day snacking especially if you're watching what you eat. I even mixed them with a bit of yogurt in the morning.
