We just got our mattress delivered today and cannot wait to use it for the first time! I know we need to give it about 30 days to fully adjust and be comfortable, but so far it looks and operates well! We haven't been sleeping well at all for days now and I know it will be a wonderful experience!

This is my second tempur-pedic mattress. I have to be honest and say I hated this new mattress the first couple of weeks of use. It was nothing like my previous mattress but I held strong and now, after 90 days and finding the right pillow loft, I am sleeping like a baby.

I used to think I slept good at night since I was always exhausted. yet i'm finding with new mattress I sleep better and in morning do not want to get up! Morning person by nature I typically pop up and get ready for 7AM work day start. Now I feel more rested, but would really like to stay in bed & sleep more as it's so comfortable. Thank you!

My wife and I had our last Tempur-Pedic mattress for about 20 years, so we were concerned at the change. We went with the Pro-Adapt Firm because it reminded us the most of our previous mattress and are so glad we did. Something about the combination of firmness + the slight give of the Tempur-Pedic material makes for an amazing comfort. We have not had an uncomfortable night's sleep since we got it almost a month ago.

Only had it a few weeks and it has big shoes to fill as we switched from a Stearns and Foster hybrid that we loved, but moving up to a king and figured this was our chance to finally try a Tempur. The soft is incredibly firm, I can't imagine anything firmer being comfortable. We both enjoy it and both are able to sleep in positions we never have been able to comfortable in before. I haven't slept on my back for decades, but now find myself waking up on my back. It sleeps cool as well! The ONLY con I can think of is the depth of the mattress. It's not thin, but it's not as thick as many, so the fitted sheets tend to come undone at the corners. Or kids mentioned this problem with theirs, and sure enough, we have the same thing. No regrets we have already recommended to some friends. Happy customers so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you for the complimentary mattress! I have been using this mattress since I received it, and must say, my back aches are completely gone. This was the first time trying a tempur pedic mattress, so I was unsure about how my back would take to it, but it has been the best change. The mattress is firm enough to where you don't sink in, but soft enough to where it kind of molds to the body. It's amazing.

This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this mattress for my husband who has chronic lower back pain. He hasn't had any pain since we bought this mattress. Everyone thinks it's too hard when they first lay on it but as soon as it contours to their body they think it's the best thing ever.

Has taken awhile to adjust and still a work in progress. Harder or maybe denser than I like. There was a Tempur-Pedic sales rep in store that day. Sales person ask what I was looking for in new mattress and my sleep patterns. Told her I had good experiences with euro pillow tops while traveling. But she recommended the mattress I purchased over the pillow top. Not sure if might have been more satisfied or not with pillow top. But do wonder about my choice due to the firmness and breaking in period. Know I could return for a fee but will try to make this one work. I am sleeping more sound. So will probably be ok.

The product has a gasing affect, that typically should be resolved in the 1st few days of use, but my gasing experience didn't happen until my 6 months of use. The problem was and is so bad that i had to call the fire department to check the air quality. The chemical irritant was there but it didn't register has carbon monoxide by the fire department. After i spoke with the customer service and care line. All they wanted to do was pass the buck by to the seller, ( Ashley's Homestore Furniture) denying that this is possible. After asking for an email address to forward my comments to the customer care agent, refused to give it. Only giving out business address 1000 Tempurpedic Way, Lexington, KY) to MAIL A LETTER to iin this technological world we live in, how pathetic was that. So my experience with Tempurpedic Ergo Queen Adjustable Base Product, SUCKS....I will NEVER EVER buy another TEMPURPEDIC product again.....
