This is our second temper-pedic mattress. The first mattress we purchased several years ago is now used in our guest bedroom. For some unknown reason, we (wife and I) convinced our self to replace the master bed mattress with a competitors product (air mattress). We had purchased extra bed sheets and even though we never open the package the dealer would not give a reimbursement after 90 days. This was 3-years ago. Big mistake! We had enough sleepless nights and decided to revisit a temper-pedic dealer. Don't we swayed so take my advise and stick with what you know and trust. My husband is a stomach sleeper so the only choice was the Pro-Adapt Firm. I was nervous it would be TOO Firm and not my comfy Tempur-pedic I had grown to love. We went to the store just so we could try everything thing out to be sure. We are 30 days in and I love it. Well, we BOTH love it. We got the adjustable base as well and I think everynight I say to my husband...I LOVE OUR BED!!

This is our second Tempur-Pedic Mattress and the improvements to this new model are great. The new mattress is even more supportive than our older one, preventing any back pain. If you like a firm mattress this mattress is for you. The only draw back is the thing is darn heavy.

I look forward to my bed now and it's been worth every penny to have a good quality mattress and pillows after suffering on an oversized sponge of sorts for the past few years. I no longer worry about sliding into a chasm when my husband is next to me, or turning over in sections, edging to the firm part on the edge. My body is now in better alignment and I get much more restful sleep.

The comfort level far surpasses any mattress that I've slept on or tried in recent years. It relieves the pressure points in my body overnight and I wake up feeling refreshed. You definitely fall asleep faster in my personal opinion. The only negative would be the price as they are quite expensive, but they will work with you to divide the payments.

After the first night no back pain. A mattress that support me perfectly. The mattress was super firm at first, but after about a week it soften to feel like the one that was on display. I love how I can sit on the edge and not slide off. I am happy with my purchase ☺.

We love our King ProAdapt Firm. We had a Classic Deluxe and needed to replace. We knew the new mattress would feel extremely firm at first but softens up after sleeping on it. Worth not having backaches. The ProAdapt is taller than our older model so being 5'3", I have to have a step stool to get onto the bed. Minor problem for the comfort. We also have Tempur-Pedic mattresses in our guest rooms.

The product has a gasing affect, that typically should be resolved in the 1st few days of use, but my gasing experience didn't happen until my 6 months of use. The problem was and is so bad that i had to call the fire department to check the air quality. The chemical irritant was there but it didn't register has carbon monoxide by the fire department. After i spoke with the customer service and care line. All they wanted to do was pass the buck by to the seller, ( Ashley's Homestore Furniture) denying that this is possible. After asking for an email address to forward my comments to the customer care agent, refused to give it. Only giving out business address 1000 Tempurpedic Way, Lexington, KY) to MAIL A LETTER to iin this technological world we live in, how pathetic was that. So my experience with Tempurpedic Ergo Queen Adjustable Base Product, SUCKS....I will NEVER EVER buy another TEMPURPEDIC product again.....

This is my second Tempur-Pedic. The mattress delivered is completely unlike the version I tested in a Tempur-Pedic showroom. It is as hard as a rock. My backache this morning is painful. My online sales receipt says "ProAdapt" but does not specify ProAdapt or ProAdapt 1.0 or Pro Adapt 2.0. Yes, I was confused when the warranty drop down gave those 3 choices. The tag on my mattress says 2.0. How was I to know there is more than one version? I am told by customer service I probably tried an older version. 2.0 is currently being shipped. Nothing can be done until the 30 night trial is over. So, I am supposed to be sleep deprived for 30 nights, on this brick that was delivered to my house? I am not interested in letting the mattress confirm to my body or breaking it in. Thank you, Tempur-Pedic for the worst night's' I can remember. Fortunately, I kept my old mattress to give to a women's shelter. Unfortunately, they will not be getting it because the old mattress from 2006 is by far better than this misrepresentation.
