We are having the best nights sleep in many years. Even though we purchased the "soft", there is plenty of support and firmness for our tastes. I believe the combination of the mattress and the Ergo Plus base attributes to this. Adjusting the base to the "zero gravity" position allows us to sleep on our backs for the first time in years. We are waking up more refreshed and well rested, even if we may decide to sleep in a little longer. Once we got over the sticker shock of what mattresses cost these day, we feel it was well the the investment in a great nights sleep.

This is the third rendition of the Tempur-Pedic products we have owned and I love this mattress! I am always cold and needed several covers to be warm but this bed keeps me at a moderate sleep temperature and I need fewer covers. My husband has the Cool Breeze as he is a hot sleeper. We are most satisfied with our sleep system now.

I have used a number of different mattress sets over the years looking for a really firm bed that does not break down over the course of one or two years and cause dips. This mattress is nice and firm when you sit on it or lay down you slowly sinking just enough to level out your body and then it stops. This is definitely something to get used to. We have only had the bed a few days however noticeably feeling better getting out of bed in the morning. The reason it is getting four stars is because I have not had the bed long enough to make a solid decision on the value coupled with the price tag of this mattress. We also purchased the cooling pillows and they are magnificent quality I'm not sure 12-15 pounds. I want to be clear on value a lot of people think value means cost. This is only part of it. Value is the benefits subtracted by the cost. Benefits - Cost = Value

Zero pressure points! From the first night it was sleep perfection! We were concerned it would be too soft, but the supportive layers underneath are perfect. We are now getting the best sleep of our lives, at 135 lbs and 235 lbs, we both love it. Motion transfer is zero. Sleeps cooler than our old tempur mattress, and is even better with the vor-tec cooling mattress pad from Bedgear. You don't get stuck in bed either, you can move around and get in and out of bed easily. Thank you Tempurpedic for the innovation and improvements from your already amazing beds! My back thanks you! I've never had such great sleep before. There are two things I immediately noticed over this past week of sleep: 1. It alleviates pressure points! Before, I would constantly toss and turn because one side would get tired of being laid on, and it was time to flip. Now, I can easily lay on one side most of the night because I no longer get that need-to-turn feeling. It's the GREATEST. 2. I've been waking up on my back!! This came as a huge surprise. As a major side sleeper, I've never slept on my back. But this past week, I've fallen asleep on my back quite a few times because it's actually comfortable for the first time! The decision between the Soft or Firm style was a tough one. I went to a local retailer to feel the bed in person since this is a high-consideration purchase, and I ultimately decided on Soft. Honestly you can't go wrong with either, they're both COMFY! The soft is extremely soft, and it feels like you're floating on a cloud. You just sink right in. If you're looking for more of a firm-soft, the Firm style will be the one for you. I would absolutely recommend this bed!

This is the BEST decision we ever made, bed wise! It's SOOO wonderful, comfortable, soft, amazing, don't want to get out of in the morning's. I can't tell you enough about how this bed has helped me!!! I know they are pricey, but worth every cent! If you have any problems sleeping, go get one today!!! It will take a little bit to get use to, then.....AWWWWW........

This new mattress is so comfortable, I cannot feel any pain when I'm laying on it, and my back even feels better during the day! It really has been life changing for me, and I'd buy another one in a heartbeat!

My experience with Tempur Luxe Adapt soft has made me almost pain free at night and day! I have back problems and arthritis in hips and shoulders. I weigh 165. This bed cushions and supports me like no other. We tried other expensive mattresses and had to exchange them. The support is best for me with our adjustable frame for relief from GERDS. This mattress works great on an adjustable frame. Some other mattresses we tried left me in so much pain all day long. Prior to this we had the Tempur Pro Adapt soft. It was good, but this is better. We also bought the waterproof cooling mattress protector and it really does help keep the heat down. I love our new Tempu LuxeAdapt soft! It's improved the quality of my life. My husband, who can sleep anywhere, loves it too.

We purchased split king..have it now for a month adjusting period for our bodies on this mattress was almost 2 weeks-as this was our first foam mattress...almost gave up on it if I wasn't advised "give it to time" from our sales gentleman. Purchased firm bc of back problems...(we both under 200 lb)no pain after waking up-THANK YOU! One star down-there is still chemical odor coming from mattresses..

This mattress was very painful for me. I had the mattress for 10 weeks and each week my hips, back and neck got more and more painful. I would wake up sore every morning. I did everything suggested to try and break in the mattress. This mattress is firm, even though it says a medium firmness. I even bought 2 expensive tempur-pedic pillows thinking that might be the answer but that only made things worse. The pillows are so heavy and hot, even though they claim to be the best cooling. The mattress also was hot. I am now doing physical therapy to try and undo my spinal injuries from the mattress and ended up exchanging it for another brand.
