I purchased this mattress from Big Sandy Superstore. They never told me that it was a "Floor Model". The sides were broken down, so it felt like we were falling out of bed all night. Tempur Pedic would not do anything about it because it was a "Floor Model".

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok. FIRST NIGHT SLEEP WAS AMAZING!!! No tossing and turning. I received the Tempur Lux Adapt Hybrid and OMG!! The mattress is first off is like sleeping on a cloud that doesn't sink but like meets your body contours. I usually wake up multiple times a night trying to readjust myself comfortably but that just wasn't needed on the first night of my new mattress. Im in love and can't wait to just get more restful sleep .!!!!

From the first night, it was just about perfect! No more sore and aching spots! Pressure points relieved, at last! My husband, finds it very comfortable with the only exception being that it's difficult for him to turn over! Other than that, it's almost perfect. No problem with being hot and certainly never any problem with off gassing!

We spent about 2 hours in the store and settled on the LuxeAdapt but unfortunately, it ended up being too soft and sleeps a lot hotter than it felt in the store. It's a Tempur-Pedic so it's still comfortable but not what we were looking for, especially at that price. We have decided to take advantage of the 90-night sleep trial and are in contact with Tempur-Pedic to get it swapped out for the Tempur-LuxeBreeze Firm but have not heard when or if it's being shipped. Hopefully, we'll hear from them soon and the process will go as smoothly as promised. However, they did warn me that they will only swap the mattress out once so keep that in mind when deciding on mattresses or replacements.

Finally after buying a competitor's mattress and having nothing but trouble, we have found exactly what we wanted. My husband is in the military and on his feet all day and the zero gravity helps his back and joints. We ordered the bed and it was delivered in 6 days. So fast and delivery was seamless.

This is a very nice mattress. My wife LOVES it. I only "like" it. It's my feeling that I'm too heavy for it. I get uncomfortable over time. I think it's because I sink thru the jell and am resting on the base layer. My wife is lighter and seems to float better. For the price (which is exorbitant), I would choose another model or firmness. Frankly, I've slept on WAY cheaper mattresses which were better suited for me. We have the middle-of-the-line adjustable base. It's very nice and works as advertised. If I had it to do over, I would have gone for the base model. The store automatically sold us this one without asking and we forgot while shopping. We thought about it later, but decided not to bother changing the order.

We purchased a top of the line Doctor's Choice, but after using it for 4 months, we upgraded to the Tempurpedic Luxe Adapt Soft. My husband needs good support, but a soft mattress for his chronic back problems. We have had the Tempurpedic for over a month now, and are finally able to sleep comfortably again. It was worth the money for us. The sticker shock is now behind us, and I believe this mattress is going to hold up for a long time.

This bed, especially with the zero gravity, has helped him so much no more pressure sores or paid while lying in bed for hours and days at time. Was the best thing I could have bought. For 11 Years my wife and I and recently our small child have slept on a Twin XL Tempurpedic Rapsody and changed to King. March 2019 we purchased the King Size Tempur-Pedic Luxe Breeze from Gallery Furniture in Houston, it is brand new and not listed on Tempu-Pedic website yet so I selected the Tempur-Luxe. Tempur-Pedic Luxe Breeze is much better than Rapsody because of the cooling feature and firmness, instead of buying a new motorized box set, we still use the one from before and simply lift left and right side of mattress to make the bed even when we want to watch TV. It is the best mattress and great for two people that had back surgery and issues with our backs.

This is a great comfy mattress. The problem we are having is the top layer is so slick that our sheets move around too much. We just purchased new sheets from Tempurpedic thinking that might help since they have the elastic at the corners to help hold it but the bottom sheets just slide and don't seem to fit properly. It is pretty disappointing after spending so much money on a mattress. We have tried several different sheets and still have the same issue. If it weren't for that I would have given a Five star rating.
