Overall happy with the mattress, it was a warranty replacement for an old Contour Elite breeze. My one gripe is that it is SOOO hot. It retains a tremendous amount of heat under where we are laying. Wish we had paid the difference for the LuxeBreeze. The warranty on this product is great, though I don't feel the products quite live up to their extremely high price tag

have had the product for 5 months now. Delayed writing a review to get a good break in period. I am a big guy and side sleeper and bought this especially for my sleep style. It does not cradle well in hips and shoulders so I toss because of the presure causing a sore back when I wake up. It is the soft model btw. furthermore, I am not sure if my king matress is actually a king! It seemed small and I mesured it a few times and the width seems off by a few inches. I know they say individual matress sizes may vary, but we are talking about three or four inches, to the point where i feel they may have deliveredthe wrong size!. I am overall letdown by this bed for the price. I have had a better sleep on way cheaper mattresses.

We have had this mattress for almost a month now and it has been disappointing to say the least. The first week it was warmer out and I woke up sweating with a neck ache. My wife has been complaining about her back non-stop. For this price I expected much more. Customer service was horrible as well wanting me to stand up the mattress against an open window. Really? In less than a week I can start the return process.

I'm very pleased with my new mattress. I have an older Tempurpedic which I love, but I wanted to try a softer feel, so that's what I bought. I absolutely love the comfort of the softer mattress and the electronic bed frame with the Sleep tracker on it. It's high price is more than justified by the good sleep that I'm getting!

From the moment I rested my body on this bed, I immediately felt supported. The Luxe Adapt wraps itself around me so subtly that I knew I was going to have a great nights sleep. The next morning I woke with a rested feeling and less tossing around for comfort as with a traditional mattress. Side or back sleeping was comfortable and no pressure on my shoulder or hips in either position. Honestly the worst mattress I have ever slept on. Horrible back pain immediately and I can't sleep. I can't believe I have to live with it until we have had it for 30 days.... guess I will be sleeping on the sofa for the next few weeks. So upsetting.

Sleeps very hot.. u sink into the bed like quicksand and cannot get comfortable when asleep. Neck hurt with temper pillows also. I actually slept on the ground the last 5 days prior to bed being returned. I would of probably done the cool bed with medium or mediumhard feel and might have liked it and kept it but couldn't take that chance with only one return allowed. They came and picked it up with no hassles.

I wish I had bought one years ago .I had another well known name brand bed that had everything this one has and it was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever had. I will never buy anything but a Tempur pedic bed again. I have major back problems and can finally sleep. My husband is also terminally Ill and this makes it much easier for him so he does not have to sleep in a recliner to be able to breath and sleep comfortably. Thank you.

I am the Princess and the Pea story; I can feel every uncomfortable thing in a mattress. After going through many mattresses, including a $13k "natural" mattress that I threw out after a couple months, I have finally found the one that puts me to sleep. It is as comfortable sitting up with my adjustable base for watching a late night movie to a midday nap. I have a quilted mattress pad over it for extra loft and protection. The only negative is it took a couple of weeks for the new odor to dissipate, though I was able to open the bedroom to outdoors to help it along. I have the plush version queen with a matching pillow. I now wake up refreshed, even from just a nap; no more hip or shoulder pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and now a Herniated Disc in my back. I have wanted this bed for 10 years and this year I finally bought it. It was everything I expected and more. I wish I would have purchased it earlier. In a few weeks my back is already feeling much better and my arms don't ache as bad at night. My whole body feels a lot lighter and more supported on this bed. My cats also love it, you should see the faces they make and the positions they fall asleep in, they definitely feel the heaven just like I can.
