After only three years of owning this mattress, I now wake up with shoulder pain and numb hands due to being a side sleeper. From what I understand, the top layer foam softens up and the stiffer foam layer below it is what you're sleeping on causing pain for side sleepers. Even when I sleep on my back if my elbows are the touch point it numbs my hands.

Having slept on a coil mattress my entire life, I was very hesitant to move over to a foam bed, but I'm glad I did! I knew our mattress was past it's prime (20 years old), but I didn't attribute my lower back issues to the mattress. I purchased this mattress a month ago and during this time, it has supported body, relived all the pressure points, and eased a lot of my lower back issues!

I love this mattress! Worth every penny! The only complaint I have is with the delivery. I did see a “single white glove” but I believe they just pulled it from their pocket so I'd see it. So, their “white glove delivery” does not mean what they say. They also seemed in a hurry and didn't spend much time explaining it all.

Like sleeping in a cloud. Best mattress I've ever owned!

Better sleep , have had for 12 years before buying the new one

We had a temperpedic previously and it was great this one is awesome also. I cannot sleep on any other mattress pain free

This sleep system has been life changing. I get the best sleep I ever knew to be possible. Best investment ever!!

It was very good and Alec was a great help to us. He is very nice.
