I have made some great fried chicken and fried fish, as well as many other dishes in this handy pan. Nice, heavy pan that will last a lifetime.

The handle is easy grip and doesn't get hot to the touch, the non stick is truly non stick. The depth of the pan is perfect for a majority of things to saute or just cook. Cleaning was a breeze with no issues running it in the dishwasher.

Not this pan, I use this pan for everything and have yet to scorch it. (don't laugh, lol) The heat sensor in the middle of the pan helps me greatly!! Next would be the lid, absolutely perfect, I love that if you leave the lid on the pan while cooking and you go to grab it, you do not burn your hand because of the silicone handle covers. I absolutely love the handles, you do not feel any heat. Over all I would say this pan is right up there with perfection, They really thought it through and gave me the ultimate cookware. I am definitely a loyal fan now. The T Fal Ultimate really is the Ultimate pan.

The hard anodized coating makes foods slide right off. It's great when you don't want to add a lot of fat to your food. It cleans up easily and works for almost all kinds of foods we have cooked.
