[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The T-Fal Ultimate Hard Anodized Nonstick skillet is a wonderful addition to my kitchen pans. The size is perfect for a family of 2. It has a hard safe non stick coating which makes cleanup easy. The unique color changing indicator helps to know when the pan is ready to use. I don't think I've seen this technology before. It's wonderful. No more guessing when to add food. I plan to add other pieces to my cooking collection.

I have made some great fried chicken and fried fish, as well as many other dishes in this handy pan. Nice, heavy pan that will last a lifetime.

The handle is easy grip and doesn't get hot to the touch, the non stick is truly non stick. The depth of the pan is perfect for a majority of things to saute or just cook. Cleaning was a breeze with no issues running it in the dishwasher.

I highly recommend this set! I love both the interior and exterior finish. The easy clean smooth bottoms are a definite plus, as are the straight sides on the fry pans and the stay cool lid handles. Ithis set was purchased to replace two worn fry pans and my lost steamer insert. I calculated the replacement price buying singly and decided this set was an awesome price. I have purchased other brands of nonstick, some at much higher prices, T-fal beats them all.
