The taste is actually decent, not as if made for children. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 is that it is difficult to recycle. Takes a bit of work to accomplish.

Hydration is important. I think this product is one I’d recommend. If you have a workout program. If your job is working outside in the weather elements. This is a good way to replenish what your body needs.

2 flavors I really like, the others are okay. The Stevia is so so sweet. I wished they used about half the amount of sweetner in them. They dont need that much.

My husband has always been a Mtn. Dew fan, but a recent trip to the ER for dehydration gave him incentive to drink something more healthy. BODYARMOR LYTE is what we settled on. He likes the Strawberry Banana flavor best. Low calorie, no artificial sweetner, no sugar added plus electrolytes

Delicious! I’ve been drinking these since I had my baby to stay hydrated. The lactation consultant said that it helps with milk supply. So that’s cool! I haven’t noticed a difference but they are good and keep me drinking so that’s good. The whole family loves them. The dragon fruit flavor isn’t my favorite but not enough to deter me from buying the pack with the rest of the delicious flavors.
