The nutritional info is incorrect here. It's showing for a 16oz. The bottles are no longer 16oz.

Not a 16 oz

Taste is acceptable but unless you have manhands or a vice grip you may not be able to open the bottle. One might think the tops are welded on. If you are a small female or senior, skip this one. Not worth the stress.

Ok product

Bought this inFlorence, Al 3/22/25. Next day, opened to put in cabinet, sentvpackaging to the dump. I mark the expire date on top ir on the side. 18 of the 24 was expired! The manufacture date was in Jan-Mar 2024.

Out of Date

This Lyte drink is made with Stevia and Erythritol. It doesn't have a gross aftertaste or give me headaches! The flavors are great! I don't generally like mango and the peach/mango is so good! Very refreshing after being out in the sun. The coconut water is not overpowering.

Delicious!

I bought this to drink while playing pickleball. I sweat a lot(!) and my doctor suggested an electrolyte sports drink, preferably without sugar. I don't normally drink sugar-free drinks these days. 
I couldn't choke down the first one I tried! It was the Peach/Mango flavor which I normally like. I got a queasy feeling in my gut and had to toss the last quarter bottle. Water fixed the bad feeling.
So, I tried the Dragonfruit/Berry the next time I played. Not as bad reaction this time, but not good. I tossed about 1/2 the bottle.
Both flavors I tried had that horrible fake-sugar taste and aftertaste.
The flavor is too intense for chugging when parched.
They are also too small; I would have to bring 2-3 bottles.
This is a fail for me. Live & learn...

Recently taken up the sport of e-biking if thats a word at the age of 69.
Needed a low calorie sport drink to replace the electrolytes from sweating.At just 15 calories,  these are great.
