Bought for my pregnant daughter and she loves it

Turned out to be just exactly what she wanted.

Poorly made, the arm of this chair crunched in when my tiny child put pressure on it. Feels like the arm was made of cardboard. Which is very strange considering how heavy the couch is. The charging outlet also broke quickly. So disappointing.

It’s comfy but it sits low and the quality isn’t the best bc the pillow doesn’t stay zipped and the plastic covers near the usb port keep falling off Trying to upload photo - Sams won’t allow me to return

Actually saw the reviews and they said many things bad about it. But actually this couch is super awesome and soooo comfortable. Highly recommend. Will buy again soon. Dont pay attention to these reviews they are actually great couches.

Nice and comfy and large. Supet soft. The only downside is if you lean on arms too hard or apply any pressure, the material within crumbles and leaves a hole feeling. Wasn't too impressed at that based off of the cost.

Got it a week ago and it is officially everyone's favorite place to be-many naps have already been taken on this chair! I am a little worried the plushness will wear down over time but TBD. If it had storage underneath it would have been an automatic 5 stars.

Ordered this Wednesday at a different location, due to mine was out of stock and they wouldn't sell me the display model. It was ready to be picked up curbside on Thursday. Just a heads up the box is huge and weights over 250lbs and you will need two people minimum to move it, but three would be a lot better. Got it to my house and unbox and arrange it where it was doing and noticed that one of the pillows zipper was broken. You couldn't zip the pillow up. The other three were just fine. So I tried calling the store multiple time's to talk to someone and no one would ever pickup. So I called the corporate number and spoke to someone about. I asked if they could send me another pillow or a small discount or something. They said because I did curbside pickup, they couldn't do anything and that I would have to take the entire thing back to the store that I picked up at for a complete refund and the purchase another one. The chase still weighs around 220lbs or more out of the box. I tired to explain to the CSR that the only wrong is the pillow, everything else was fine. I just needed to have a pillow replaced. I also said that I wasn't going to reload it all back up into my truck and bring it back. But if it was delivered or shipped that you would do something. That makes no sense to me. So for the product it self it's five stars! It's really nice and soft. It's big enough for my gf and I to lay on with plenty of room to stretch on. I'm giving three stars because since I did curbside pick up, customer service wouldn't replace the pillow or anything. But if it was delivered or shipped something could be done about it. So with what being said, what I have learned from this is that I will never do curbside pick up on anything like this and have it shipped or delivered to me.
