We love this mattress. After changing 3 different mattresses we finally found the one that we can sleep without waking up in pain. We have the soft tight top. I am really surprised this is the definition of soft, but the mattress feels really comfortable yet very stable.

I certainly needed a new mattress as mine was about 25 years old! The sag in the middle wasn’t conducive to great sleep. It took only 2-3 nights to adjust to my new - Stearns & Foster. Am now enjoying a wonderful nights sleep. I wake up refreshed. I had hoped to make it a bit lower but the pillow top added to the height- a small price to pay - great quality- good decision on my part!

My Stearns and Foster PT soft is pure comfort that removes the day's stress from my body, and makes me happy that I found such a high quality mattress. Starting on the first night's sleep I felt my pain easing, and by the end of the week, was back to myself again and very grateful for my Stearns and Foster Pillowtop soft. I walked into a store showroom in a lot of pain (shoulder, neck, and back) caused by another manufacturer's mattress over the past eight months being told it "was part of the adjustment period". I've never even developed this kind of pain from being active at the gym lifting weights, swimming, and biking. Last month I went into a furniture store looking to replace this other mattress, but lacking confidence that I could find it. I'm thankful for the saleswoman who encouraged me to expand my options and consider the Stearns and Foster mattresses. My immediate reaction was, "my friend's mom has one and it's a super-expensive high quality mattress that's out of my price point". I was pleasantly surprised that the Estate mattress was in my price point. The quality was immediately evident. I'm super grateful for Stearns and Foster making such a high quality product that has restored my well-being! This Mattress replaced our first STEARNS and FOSTER MATTRESS which we enjoyed for 16 years. To be honest I never really thought of looking at any other brand after experiencing the difference with the last one. The quality is exceptional and the comfort is worth every penny spent. My back and muscles remind me of that every day.

Fabulous mattress! Soft on top so it really hugs you and a nice firm support underneath. Both my wife & I are sleeping better. We had a 15 year old Temperpedic Cloud Supreme, this mattress feels much nicer than the original one when it was new and it doesn’t sleep “hot” like it as well! We love our new mattress!

The first night did not go good, it was so firm, so I call and talk to Alex , ask if y’all sold topper to put on the mattress, he said no, and that I did not need that, the reason it's so firm , is cause it's new and you need to walk on it a little or have someone to do it for you, and it well get loosing up and be a lot better and keep getting better, so I said ok and I gave it a message with my hands, and it did loosen up, and it has gotten a lot better and I really like it and yes I do recommend it. It’s very well made. I’m having no issues with it being to firm, it seems each night gets a litter better. Enjoying it.

We purchased the Estate medium firm which we tested in the store. This is our third Sterns and Foster mattress but this new design is awful. As soon as it arrived we called the store thinking, despite the label, they had sent us the firm in error as the bed was very hard. We were told it needed time for the top to release. It's now been just over a year, it is still very hard and has developed deep body wells and I now have spinal back pain. We rotate this mattress monthly and even rotate a quarter turn sleeping on it cross-wise. We have had an expert inspect it and the result is the wear is “normal” so there is nothing we can do. We are looking for alternatives and will need to donate a near-brand-new mattress to find comfort. We are so disappointed.

After such a great experience working with Nick Long at the Huntington Beach store, we decided to go back and buy our mattresses from him. Having been in the mattress industry, I remembered that Sterns & Foster were considered the best of the best and we were not disappointed. We were originally going to buy one for our vacation house but, after trying it, we decided to get one for our home too. They are so comfortable!

Finally, a mattress that I can sleep all night on. My back felt better from the first night. The pattern on the top of the mattress feels so wonderful on my back.This is our second Stearns and foster mattress, and we will never buy a different brand. California.

I wish I could send a picture to show how bad blue cheap material looks just after a few months of regular use. It looks awful! My old twenty years old mattress looked better when I decided to replace it! It looks bad like an old cheap pullover and they call it “ lux” ? Don ‘t be fooled by how pretty it looks in the store. Buy a different brand with real quality material that lasts for years.
