I certainly needed a new mattress as mine was about 25 years old! The sag in the middle wasn’t conducive to great sleep. It took only 2-3 nights to adjust to my new - Stearns & Foster. Am now enjoying a wonderful nights sleep. I wake up refreshed. I had hoped to make it a bit lower but the pillow top added to the height- a small price to pay - great quality- good decision on my part!

Our mattress is only 2-3 years old and it has utterly failed. I am 160 lbs at 6’ and I sink halfway below the edge of the mattress, my SO is short and petite. We keep our mattress clean, protected and constantly rotate. This is not a firm mattress. By ANY measure. But I am stuck with it because it is not collapsed, S&F has so cleverly hid behind the “Comfort Preference” of their sham of a warranty. Almost 3k down the drain for nothing. I am so beyond frustrated and annoyed that this is the situation I have been put in that I am seriously considering civil options.

We are a Stearns and Foster family. Before buying the Estate queen pillow top mattress, we also have a 8 year old king pillow top mattress. It has been and continues to be amazing! The new queen pillow top is even better. Our backs have never felt better. The entire process from ordering to the white glove delivery was stellar. Any inquiries were promptly answered and all communications were respectful and gracious. We highly recommend this product!

My husband and I are experiencing restful sleep, our firm mattress is a dream! Not to sink into the mattress is great. The mattress is very firm, yet it molds to your body. I was worried that I would get indents like our old mattress but when you rise in the morning it looks as if no one has slept on the mattress! Stearns & Foster is worth every thousand spent and I will recommend it to friends and family who are in the market for a new mattress!

I have wanted a Sterns and Foster Mattress for many years. Being on a fixed income, I had to save a little bit here and there, which took me a few years to save enough for my dream mattress. This mattress is like sleeping on a cloud. I have back problems; the firmness is just enough to be able to sleep without pain waking me up in the middle of the night. I get up in the morning and do not have aches and pains in my shoulders or back, which is a blessing within itself. I am yet to find anything about this mattress to complain about.

My wife had been requesting a Stearns and Foster for a while, but I was skeptical. I've had various types of moderately costly mattresses in the past, but rarely found them to be worth the price tag. I expected a similar experience here, but "happy wife, happy life" gave me the motivation to get this bed. I have been sleeping well for 65 years on Stearns and Foster mattresses, and this year, 2026, was a time for an upgrade. The first mattress was purchased by my fiancé and me at Fair Mercantile in St. Louis, Missouri. We bought a canopy bed frame to accompany the mattress and box springs. We were stylin’, let me tell you! After a few years it was time to purchase beds for children and Stearns and Foster was our choice. In early 1990 we were ready to refresh our bedding.,we purchased, you guessed it, Stearns and Foster at Robb and Stuckey in Orlando, where we now lived. We have been always, so happy with firm and supportive bedding. Come to 2026, and I received the Consumer Report issue of mattress and bedding “picks”. I studied and shopped for almost two months for new bedding, and in the process came back to Stearns and Foster! There are many more choices in bedding today than years ago, to be sure, but the endgame for me was/is the names Stearns and Foster, plus the association with Tempurpedic. I ordered the Estate Pillow Top Firm Queen and the Ease frame. In two months now, I can fall asleep in five minutes and sleep well all night! No surprise there, as that’s always the way sleeping on a Stearns and Foster mattress has been, since 1960! The Ease frame was a new choice, and the fact that I have an acid reflux issue made the decision a wise one. I am faring well with the adjustable head of bed. We bought a firm mattress about three years ago and it was terribly firm. Too firm on our backs. We thought we would just get accustomed to it but it didn’t get any better so we decided to go to another store and see if we could just get another less firm mattress. Yes, we should have gone back to the original store (2 hours away) and see what could be done as far as an exchange or such but being busy retired people, we just didn’t do that. Having gone to a local store here, we were greeted by a very helpful salesman who guided us in purchasing a new mattress top. We received the mattress yesterday and slept on it last night. We noticed a great change in comfort for us. I would definitely select the Stearns and Foster brand and make sure to try them out.

Overall I find this mattress to be great quality. My only complaint after about a month is that I'm still feeling pressure points while sleeping on my back in the coccyx area. Yes, I roll on my side for relief so maybe I'm expecting too much. I am currently giving it 4 stars only because of what I mentioned. Once it's broken in maybe my opinion will change.
