These are really good - a lot like a fortune cookie, if the fortune cookie had a hint of coconut. A very light treat!

These are so yummy! Not overwhelming with coconut either. My only complaint is that they are very messy with crumbs

These are a great for sweet snack without being overly sugary. We use the leftover crumbles on almond milk yogurt.
