Lightly sweet and very flaky. I used these as a dipper for my chocolate ganache and chocolate mousse. I can imagine these poking out of a Sundae. For those who want a slightly sweet treat that doesn't have as much sugar as normal cookies this is a winner. I have more in my cart.

Additionally, they have a tropical taste to them since they are made from coconut. It makes them feel like they are an exotic treat. I added them to Greek yogurt and it was delicious. These coconut rollers are seriously addicting. I was in Sams today and spotted. I had never tried them but look at the pack of the package at the ingredients so decided to take a chance and purchase a bag. I didn't wait to get home to sample the bag. On the way home I think the hubby and me finished off half the bag. Definitely going to purchase this again the next time I'm there.

I found this item last year at club. Start to buy one bag then return for more. It was season item. So when club no longer carry, I am upset that I can’t have my favorite cookies. So glad to see it at club recently. I will stock it up every time at club.

These are incredible! So amazingly delicious! They remind me of the crispy, flaky Chinese egg roll cookies I used to eat as a kid, but with coconut. I had to force myself to stop eating them and put the bag out of reach. Will definitely buy more on my next trip to Sam’s Club.
