this is one of the best coconut rolls cookies I’ve ever had. I’m excited to have a healthy alternative at Sams. Please Keep these on the shelves.

It’s soft and crunchy, you can taste the egg though. Love this as a snack and it’s kid friendly too!

These are great for children without loaded sugar. They like them crushed up in their ice cream. Light and crispy with a hint of coconut.
