I finally got around to assembling the pergola swing. 1. The wood and hardware is all labeled which helps avoid confusion. 2. The wood is beautiful. The fragrance of the wood is intoxicating. The pre-drilled holes makes assembly very easy. 3. The black hardware is very nice.. 4. I used the written instructions that came with the set. They were very detailed and spot on. Assembly was very straight forward. It just takes time. I worked alone and it took me a couple of days to complete the swing set ignoring the fact that I am in Texas and it was 100°+ outside. It is very well made and quite comfortable. My wife and I are very happy with it. It is a nice focal point of the back yard.

Very solidly made. Assembly is a lot but very well illustrated and can be done by any do it yourselfer just plan on 4 hours or so. Every predrilled pilot hole lined up which made assembly easier. Would recommend to anyone who wants a sturdy porch swing that won’t blow around in the wind. Nice product.

We are super happy with this swing! It is great quality, very sturdy, and really pretty. Assembly required 2 people (for us at least) but it was relatively straightforward and the directions were clear.

the product is exceptional. I love the look, and it is solid and great quality. The one thing that went terribly was the installation process, the vendore was terrible. I had the itens for 2 weeks and still did not have a date for the installation. Every time I called the days, I was told went up. until they said that it could be a month wait, which personally I thought was unacceptable. I had to cancel and got reimbursed. so, in conclusion, get the item but not the installation service.

This is a gorgeous swing! My husband and I put it together over the course of two days. The instructions were easy to follow. I stained the wood, so the color you see in the photo is different from the original lighter color. It's very sturdy and comfortable - a wonderful place to sit in the garden!

This swing looks really nice. It took two of us and some young helpers about 4-5 hours to put together with a few hiccups. It’s cedar wood so it feels cheap and light when you’re going board by board, but it’s really solid once it goes together. The instructions are good. Pay attention to the direction for the four main corner posts. We flipped 2 of them which made things challenging as we went on. Because of the locking nuts used, we decided to not undo everything and forge on. 4 stars because it does creak like another reviewer said, and there are so many different sizes for hardware and so many little baggies. It got to be really tedious. Might not bother some people, but there has to be a better way, in my opinion. Also, we want to put this on a concrete pad. No way to anchor it in concrete.

We had high hopes for this swing. It’s a nice looking swing but the quality is poor. It creaks loudly & the entire frame moves when your in it! I’m talking about a 175 lb person barely swinging & it sounds as if the entire thing is going to come crashing down! Very disappointing. We had this set professionally installed; so it has nothing to do with the way it was put together. This site is not allowing me to post a video - please message me if you’d like to see it.
