I haven't scanned a doc yet BUT so impressed, already, with the simplicity of the set up that I felt compelled to write about that immediately. I am ready to go!!!

I am not happy with the feeder, which sends two pages at the same time frequently. It is also difficult to find the scanned documents in the computer after they are scanned.

Overall this product does what it's supposed to do. The interface that you have to use to save documents, fix settings, etc. is confusing... but the hardware itself is pretty darn good and efficient.

My old all in one printer drowned in a roof failure. I really only used the scanner, so I looked for a fast small scanner and this one works fast. I scan a lot of documents and have been happy with speed and quality.

This product is so well designed - it's super easy and I should have bought one sooner. Now I see why everyone raves about these.

I have scanned two documents no issues. Third document wouldn't allow me to complete. Still working out the bugs with the software.

Not as user friendly as my Fujitsu scanner which is a much easier product to use. The software with the DS-410 is not user friendly at all.

So far I have not been able to get a clear sharp image of my documents. They are very soft and faded. I am trying to fix now.

Couldn’t believe how easy it was to set up. You have to assume that you plug in the starter cord since directions really do not tell you to.

first few months it worked great. Now i can't get the software to fun. User assistance is limited.
