First one that we received was missing some parts. Replacement came fast and had all the parts. Great storage box.

This Deck box is great for what I needed it for. toys for the grand kids, extra deck pillows etc. i WILL BE BUYING ADDITIONAL PIECES. LOVE THIS BOX.

Great size deck box. 230 gallon is the perfect size to hold multiple lounge cushions and miscellaneous.

I was very impressed with these boxes. They are BIG. It was very easy to put together if you followed the directions. I would highly recommend these.

Poor design on too fragile locking mechanism in which the plastic pulled away from metal as top was being properly lifted.

I love the deck box but it was missing a part (luckily a minor one). I'm still waiting for a reply from the company.
