bought this product for its storage capacity, was missing a part. Very hard to get hold of Keter customer service

I bought one last year. Very pleased with it. Holds a lot and very sturdy. Will buy another one this year when it goes on sale.

It's a good sized box and seems fairly durable, but there were no instructions included for putting it together. I figured it out eventually (I think) but sure had a bunch of screws left over. Hopefully it'll hold up.

It is plastic. It is very large, and fairly sturdy. It was fairly easy to assemble. I cannot lock it without the missing metal bar, which I am waiting up to an extra six weeks for.

I purchased it earlier today and put it together. The only issue that I had is that there were no written assembly instructions in the box, but I easily got them online.

This deck box was extremely easy to put together. I bought one last year someone) that was not nearly as easy. They must’ve improved the design because it went together quick and easy. I definitely recommend this deck box.

I bought this storage box about 6 months ago. OMG I absolutely love this space it provides. Its a super great deal as well for the money. You won't be disappointed.

I bought the white color today at the Sanford Sam's Club on sale for $30 less. Assembled already. I saw some outrageous prices for this item on the internet from other sellers. It's just plastic but that is what I was expecting.

We just bought this Saturday! We started putting it together and there is a missing piece. It’s really annoying , now we have to wait on the piece for5-7 days .

Shipping carton was in excellent condition and product was well packaged. All components were included. Put together in about 15 minutes with just a Phillips screwdriver. Box seems well-built.
