I ordered Keter 230 Deck Box it took about 3 weeks to receive it and it was damaged. . I spent about 4 hours in total on the phone with Sams Club to get my refund. NEVER AGAIN

While sturdy there are large gaps between the lid and the top of the box. This is definitely NOT insect or rodent proof. It wont do anything to protect the contents. See picture where the lid's grid pattern does not seal the top of the box

We’re very happy with our purchase. Finally able to store our travel chairs for beach and games in a proper place. This deck box has generous space for any garden supplies or seasonal things. Now we have free space in our car trunk.

Bought this to store outdoor seat cushions and extra pool towels. Very disappointed to find that rodents are able to readily access and destroy what is stored. Now having to figure out how to jury rig and block access or entire purchase useless

This is a great storage box! We were looking at sheds, but they are very expensive. This is a great alternative with plenty of storage space. Thinking of getting another one.

Easy to assemble, the box looks good. Big enough to hold most of our stuff. Still too early to say if it will keep things dry as we haven’t had any rain.

My daughter bought this brand Deck Box to store pool chemicals & other things. The hinges were rusted after 1 summer and now 2 summers later they are not even working any more from all the rust.

Box seems very good, but mine came with none of the hardware. I called customer service and ordered them several weeks ago, but haven't seen them. My order number was 20275714.

I bought this to store pool floaties, etc. The deck box itself is 5 stars but only gave it 3 because: 1. There were no instructions in the box. Luckily there were some good You Tube videos on how to assemble and it wasn’t an oversight no instructions in only my box. Seems to be a problem. Could also view instructions on the Keter website but seems it would be such a simple to include a piece of paper. 2. It appeared UPS had tied the box to the back bumper and dragged it for miles. The box was in shambles but luckily all parts were still there. I’m not a very handy person but got along fine watching the videos, which were honestly better than the instructions.

I was very pleased with how easy this was to put together. Instructions were self-explanatory. I am not mechanically inclined and was able to put together myself in about 40 minutes. Holds a lot of cushions. I was able to fit a patio swing cushion, two chair cushions, a glider patio set of cushions and four extra chair thin cushions. Everything I have fit inside perfectly with room left over. I would definitely buy again.
