Obviously this isn’t on the fault of Sam’s Club, I spent over 2 weeks waiting for shipping . I finally get the box, I open there is no instructions and it looks kinda barren, I try building it anyways and I’m missing a corner piece, the instructions and hinges for the lid. I read the reviews too and was warned not to buy it from online because I knew I’d get someone’s return. Shame on a buisness that ships out returns without fully checking the box, you also need the instructions for a part number and have to pay for a replacement part so I hope if this next one comes in the same way I’ll be able to keep returning until I get a correct replacement, my worst fear is that they think I’m lying and I’m out on $200 also cause it cost me $30 to get delivered which is honestly so crazy in 2026

This is exactly what we needed for all the kids outdoor toys. Now they are all in one place. It's pretty tall so the smaller kids have a tough time getting stuff out without a stool, but it works. Sam's also didn't have it in brown so we had to get white which I am not a fan of bit it will do.

Large capacity, but seems flimsy. For example when lifting the lid from one side the whole lid will warp. It’s also very deep and doesn’t open from the front. We use it for pool toys and the kids need a step stool to reach the bottom. When we opened it, it smelled very bad like hot asphalt. It has diminished some but when it gets hot from the sun the smell returns. Overall it serves it’s purpose and was reasonably priced. I hope it hold up.

Great purchase so far! It has held up well to our Minnesota weather this summer. We use it for pool floats. It is large enough for most of our floats. I don’t see spiderwebs or spiders, so it seems like it has a pretty tight seal. No water has gotten in either. The cover is nice and sturdy. It opens and closes easily & seals well.

I received the deck box packaging was in good condition. I assembled it by myself and it was very easy, took about an hour and a few beers. Directions state putting lid on is a two person task, but at 71 years old I was still able to do it myself. High quality deck box and well made.

Very sturdy storage box. My husband put bottom on “upside down.” It bulged out. Called 1-800 number and representative quickly told him to turn bottom piece over. Lol. Guess more than one call came in on that! Nice as beside outside table and since so high it makes a great serving station. We’d definitely purchase again.

This is a great deck box! We put it in our lanai so now all our pool gear is hidden away and the area looks cleaner. It’s huge so it fits two Big Joe chairs, two chaise cushions, a bunch of noodles and more. The bonus is that it’s high enough to use as a buffet table. It was easy for one guy to put it together.

The off white color we love. Assembly was fairly easy. The bottom panel was cracked on a couple edges and seemed to be cheap and not strong enough to handle anything being dropped on it. I will add a layer of 1/4" plywood to the bottom for strength.

Arrived on time. Sturdy construction. BIG box with lots of storage. However, no installation instructions. I ordered 2 of these and no instructions in either box. No paper instructions or even a QR code for online instructions. Its ironic though that I could see 6-8 different Quality Assurance tags.....sure okay. Overall, 4 stars.

It was perfect for the cushions of our new patio furniture... sofa, 2 chairs and 2 stools which included 12 cushions and 4 pillows. Still a little room for another cushion or two. Easy Easy Easy to put together. It takes longer to double check the directions to make sure you are doing it right than it does to actually build it. Great!
