Makes good mimosas.

Nice big bottle, dry and lovely bubbles. I buy this frequently and have no idea why 3 out of a case of 6 bottles exploded when opened. Not a little burp but a full blown fountain, making a terrible mess in the midst of a party and losing about half the contents. I know how to handle, store and open. the store is 2 miles from home. These were not shaken, bottle was held firm as the plastic cork twisted. Hopeful this was just an anomaly.

This is the best thing from Sam’s Club. Great value, wonderful taste, excellent quality, and perfect for every day or for celebrations. I cannot write enough good things. We continue to renew our membership just for this item. Please continue carrying this item (and please allow club pick up).

I enjoyed this product but it was relatively unmemorable. It had a good taste but an unpleasant aftertaste. It also was not bubbly enough. I would have liked more sparkle for a champagne. Overall, for the price point I was not disappointed. I would buy this product again.

I used to love getting magnums of Cook's champagne at Sam's Club. However, over the last two or three months, I have lost 1/3 to 1/2 of every bottle because it gushes out when I open it. I typically refrigerate it for a week or more before opening. I do not shake my champagne at all. I don't know if something has changed in Cook's bottling process or if there is extra rough handling in transit, but it is not a good deal when one loses up to half of every bottle. Good champagne, would be a great price if I got a full bottle.

I purchased this item to make Mimosas and had some left over. The mimosas were delicious. I found the "California Champaign" tasteless when too cold and just right at a lesser temperature. Of course it is not Dom Perignon but who would make Mimosas with Dom, anyway?

For whatever reason, every bottle we have opened over the past few months have fizzed up (some shooting 2-3 feet up) and literally half the bottle is gone when its done fizzing up. Rhe bottles were not shaken, they have been sitti g a long time. They were cold. Opened the same way as we've been doing for years but something has changed. We open them all outside now.

You can't beat this price! Mimosa Time!

Good quality for the price

I was disappointed with Cook’s champagne. It was far more like a white wine or possibly brut, than champagne. Minimal carbonation that dissipated almost instantly.
