For whatever reason, every bottle we have opened over the past few months have fizzed up (some shooting 2-3 feet up) and literally half the bottle is gone when its done fizzing up. Rhe bottles were not shaken, they have been sitti g a long time. They were cold. Opened the same way as we've been doing for years but something has changed. We open them all outside now.

Very good taste

I bought 2 bottles to celebrate my wife’s birthday and could not get the plastic cork out of either bottle. Two other men at the party tried and couldn’t either.

I was disappointed with Cook’s champagne. It was far more like a white wine or possibly brut, than champagne. Minimal carbonation that dissipated almost instantly.

My wife and I got this wine for New Year’s Eve. We have had this brand before. but in a smaller bottle. This Sam’s Club size bottle was what we expected, based on our past experience. It was fine for NYE, and we were able to use a stopper to keep it fresh for brunch wine. This wine is crisp, dry and good chilled. It is a consistent brand, by our experience.
