Not Sam’s fault but 3 of the pans are literally warped!! Calked Ninja to report & they offered to send me replacements but I said NO Thank Yiu I’m returning them don’t trust the items, so sad!!

Great cookware set but it is not NeverStick. I followed directions to heat up prior to use and not use cooking spray and my food stuck to the pan. I have since started using cooking spray and no sticking.

It is really wonderful products. Since I start seeing cookware, I didn’t see any utensils like this. There is no sticking, easy to clean and uniform distribution of heat. My wife and me both extremely happy with this.

Truly a masterpiece, read the care instructions so you are not like the other folks that do not know how to use it and leave bad reviews. You wont be disappointed.

I picked up a skillet from this line several months ago after seeing them advertised to give it a try. Over the years we’ve bought many different non stick pans and they always started out great but quickly seemed to lose their finish and food would stick like mad. Because of last experiences I was skeptical these would hold up. However after many months I’d use and abuse (my husband likes to use metal utensils when cooking) the Ninja pan was always the one we’d grab first because it was the best. It’s nice and heavy, heats evenly and nothing ever stuck. My husband liked them so much that when we broke down and bought this set he took all the other pans out of our cabinet and refuses to use anything else. That first pan is still going strong and the others are used multiple times a day at varying heat levels then ran through the dishwasher and still look like new inside. The reviewer who said they were light and flimsy… all I can say is wow. You are either used to cooking with only cast iron or you reviewed the wrong thing. These are almost as thick and heavy as a cast iron pan but so much easier to clean and use.

Very disappointed with these pans. Have only owned for approximately 6 months. Sauce pans started to bubble and now peel. Have always taken good care of them, never heated remotely close to 500 degrees. Save your $300. Husband researched pans for weeks prior to purchase and these got excellent reviews but clearly we got some bad ones. We will be contacting manufacturer tomorrow.

We looked at several sets of cookware and settled on Ninja. We liked the fact it includes kids for so many of the pots and pans. While a bit skeptical of the non-stick claims we have found them to be as advertised. Pre-heat the pans as directed and enjoy non-stick pans that clean very easy. We have cooked eggs, gravy, and chili(I haven't cleaned the pan in years where chili powder didn't stick) and these pans pass the test. While not the norm as these pans are very easy to clean I did run one through the dishwasher without any issues. We've had him 3 weeks and now we will slowly begin to find out how durable they are.

I have been a loyal customer of Ninja products for years, and they've always been reliable—until I purchased this item in December 2023. A few months ago, I began to notice that all the frying pans (8, 10, 12, 5 qt) were flaking. Then, the pans began peeling around the edges. I followed all the care instructions carefully from day one, so this is extremely concerning. Not only is this unacceptable, but it's also dangerous. If I could give this product zero stars, I would. I’ve since had to replace the pans with a different brand. I would like a refund of the money I spent on this set.

Best pan set ever. I was skeptical at first because I've used a lot of pan sets that claim to be non stick. This pan set is legit the best ones I've ever used. I have never in my life been able to cook an egg and not have to use any spray or butter. The egg cooked evenly on both sides and when you put the lid on the top of the egg cooks perfectly without having to flip it. I have used every piece of this set and am at awe each time. I'm so glad i made the decision to purchase this set. I would recommend this set to anyone.

Only having/ using these for a short time, they are, by far, the best cookware set i have purchased. Nothing we have cooked has stuck. Not eggs, nothing! They basically 'wipe clean' like cast iron! They have a learning curve to use properly. Such as pre-heating the pan before use for a few seconds (similar to using stainless steel). Only issue we have had is that cooking oils stain the outside when it is poured out.
