What a great set of pans. These are replacing a set from a competitor and that set is 15 years old. I was reluctant to retire the old set since most things don't seem to be made to last these days. I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality and performance of the new set. Time will tell if the durability lasts. The pans have some weight to them. Only trouble I had was hanging them on my pot rack. The handles are wide and I needed some new hooks. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic cookware. Surface is truly non-stick. Purchased the Members Mark induction set a few years ago, and the exterior coating got sticky and slowly came off. This Ninja set seems like a totally better product. Highly recommend it even though it is about $50 more than the Member’s Mark set.

Excellent product that when pre heated as instruction say performs amazingly. I was so glad to see this set contains a lid that will fit the 12" frying pan. Work very well on induction although being heavier gauge they require more time tom heat up but they maintain heat well. This seems to be like professional cookware and the lids do get hot so have a potholder or dishtowel nearby. Using my 12" ninja fry pan I made repeatedly plate sized pancakes that cooked and browned amazingly evenly. Eggs, fried, scrambled, omelets come out perfect just make sure you follow instructions and preheat first. I had ninja pans before Sam's Club but so glad to see their full set, as clearly they are thicker and heavier than my earlier ones from BB&B. I would recommend this set to anyone who reads and follows manufacturers guidelines.

Sunday, May 7, 2023 there are two never stick interiors of the Ninja Foodi NeverStick Premium Hard-Anodized 14-Piece Cookware. One is a premium set which has a thicker base, cast stainless steel handles, anodized for a durable exterior, on the other hand the non premium version has a silicone polyester exterior coating, hollow handles, and a thinner base. Our older pans duty was over we wanted the Calphalon Classic 10-Piece Cookware Set these pans are top quality but we couldn’t find the deal. As with all cookware if you don’t go crazy by marinating a tough cut of meat in the pans have/will not scratch. If the food you cooking does stick to the pan(s) it easily wipes it off. Overheating your pans is not recommended if you don’t want burning and sticking food and you don’t want to use abrasive cleaning tools or chemicals to clean the cooking surface it’s like you’re sandblasting the pan. Just like any abrasive use no matter what it is - day after day year after year the finish will diminish Metal utensils like spatulas, spoons, whisks, and tongs are safe for use with your Ninja Foodi NeverStick cookware but being too rough will cause you trouble. Overall take care of the set and you will enjoy cooking with it like we do on a daily basis.

Returned the item right after opening the box. it has Flakes peeling off from the Pan and it was brand new...nahhh..

This cookware seems sturdy but if you put you fingernail to the coating it makes a mark. SOOO disappointed.

This is a nice heavy set of cookware. The key to it being non stick is to have at the right temp before putting your food in the pan.

Cooks evenly, smooth finish, EASY clean-up, handles don’t get too hot, and lids for perfectly (slight vent in lid unexpected)!

Have been trying several pots and pan sets and brands. Unfortunately none have worked. These are a game changer! They truly are non-stick and great that they are dishwasher safe.
