We are happy to have a new IPad Pro. It has many nice features for a retired couple. The screen size allows us to clearly read the screens and find our apps quickly. We are especially excited to use the camera with clear viewing. So far we are not disappointed with anything.

Great Device! My first iPad and I Most likely bought one above my needs. You can hand write notes (requires purchase of Apple Pen) which would be great for students. Coming from a laptop, I didn’t realize how much I would miss my keyboard, so that was another purchase. Chargers last for two days…So far very pleased as it’s a larger version of my phone. Pairing the two was very easy as well.

I purchased this after my old (2016) iPad Pro was running out of memory. The set up from the old iPad to the new one was quick and seamless, literally taking only minutes. All in all I am pleased with this purchase, the only criticism I have is that Apple changed the connection on their new iPads and all my old chargers will not work with the new one.

Bought this to replace an 8 yr old model. Significantly faster, larger screen is easier to read. This model practically sets itself up, copying info from the old to the new, which was a bonus, given it was a mail order.

Happy with this new iPad, works as expected. I like that they have finally converted to a standard usb-c cord that I can switch with my android phone and this. Way more convenient.

We upgraded from older iPad Pros (one first generation and one second generation) so we’d be on the same tablet. Makes it so much easier to keep track of how to’s. Love this version. So fast and reliable.

Happy with purchase. Touch screen froze up after 7 days. Apple support was unable to resolve issue by phone. Scheduled appt. To take in. I found solution on internet from other ipad owners I had to do a forced shutdown which apple support never mentioned. This resolved the problem.

Thought I would love a bigger screen from my 9.7 pro however I realized typing was more of a challenge while holding it. I do love seeing things bigger though. I’m adjusting. No regrets now. Everything is more brighter. The sound is louder. The camera is way better. My games play better. Other than that I don’t notice much difference between that and my old pro. I guess it depends what you need it for. I am annoyed though that they don’t make many cases for it like previous models or they all come with extra length for a pencil that I don’t need. If you already have a 9.7 and it works I wouldn’t recommend upgrading unless you have to or you need better for some reason. I was perfectly happy with my 9.7 pro but it was acting up from too much dropping.

First off shipping was slower than expected. When using my IPAD for a while it sort of freezes for a little bit starts working again. Then the next week or so after receiving it they give $100 off of it. Overall I’m happy with my IPAD.

I placed an order for this since I thought it was a good deal with the $50 promotional discount. Unfortunately, the first time I received a wrong order, and ipad (9th) generation which I returned. This time, I received an obviously repackaged possibly an open box item or previous return when I paid for a new one. This is too many mistake for one simple order. Sam's Club should really pay attention to this as its costing the company unnecessary expense and displease the customer at the same time. It would have been a good purchase if things were done correctly. I am now hesitate to buy this from Sam's club again. Very disappointed
