The body doesn't process more than 500mg of Vit C at once. It would be awesome if you make 500mg tablets instead of 1000mg. I have to break these in half to avoid waste. Having to do that is a nuisance.

Just starting taking these to boost my immune system. They are easy to take. The large bottle will last longer so you won’t have to buy again for a while. I take it along with my normal daily vitamin.

Really good vitamins and I’ve been taking it religiously daily. I feel the difference already. Comparing it to other it’s a really good one for the price. Highly recommended as a supplement. I’ve been taking it daily with fish oil too.

I wanted 1000 mg so that I would only have to take 1 tablet. But these are just too big still to swallow. Although the extra vitamin dose does help and I can see and feel the difference.
