I was pleasantly surprised overall regarding the positive effects I was able to get from this expectorant. Within a day or so I was seeing an improvement in my symptoms.

These were too large for me to swallow. They start dissolving almost immediately and left an awful taste on my tongue. I tried multiple times, but it would not work for me. I will have to try to the regular ones which are half the size. Wish I would have known how big they were before hand, rather than waste money.
